I just noticed form your screenshot that there is a slight misalignment between your Taskbar and the Start button / QuickLaunch area. Look at the two little arrows in the QuickLaunch area (>>

and the first app that appears in the Taskbar and you'll see what I mean.

Disregard my comment. I just put it up and what appears in oyur screenshot does not appear in real life. Please excuse me.

One more thing:

If you could change the context menu text from white on light blue to dark blue on light blue (also in the Start Menu), they would show up better.
